Hypnosis and Guided Imagery
If desired, hypnosis and/or guided imagery can be a part of our work.
Hypnosis creates a state of deep relaxation, where suggestions can be made to help overcome blocks and fear and to increase positive motivation. Some people use hypnosis to help them stop smoking or to make healthier choices. Others find it very helpful for overcoming fears—such as fear of flying or fear of animals, for example.
Hypnosis can also be used to calm the nerves, like a massage for the mind.
Hypnosis sessions can be recorded for your use later.
